Welcome to the office of the Exchequer. Here you will find documentation & information on projects the Office of the Exchequer is charged with, as well as monthly reports on guild tax, guild hall tax, and net income. The office is a closed office, meaning it does not deal with public disputes, however it welcomes inqueries made by anyone. To make an inquery, simply contact the current exchequer.
A few changes to the site.
A few changes have taken place:
- The office has enacted a "candidate only" policy for the Stipend Program. Only those invited to the list may join. The list if candidates can be found by clicking on the Stipend Reports section, and viewing the current roster.
- We have added a "Stipend Dodger" and "Treasonous Player" section to the Stipend Reports section. Bad people will be listed here, lets hope it stays blank.
- The Stipend FAQ is still up & coming. E-mail all questions to Guard of the Dead, or PM them to him on the forums, and they will be included in the list.

Stipend Program Preparation
What can you do in order to prepare for the first official round of the Sabian Stipend Program?
- Buy your supplies in advance, that way you don't waste time if you need to find a rune supplier.
- Do some test hunting, go around and try out some locations... try to find the one with the best mix of XP & money for you!
- Develop a strategy, this Stipend program happens 2 times a month, so you only get two weeks to spend the money and pay it back! Make sure you can do it, but plan a little in the future so that the hunting gets done!
- Find out how much this will cost, if your stipend is way too high, or way too low, you might want to think about asking for a change.
- Think you've got "what it takes?" maybe you missed out on the program and want to get in? Contact Guard of the Dead quickly, there's still time!

Documentation Updated & Stipends Paid out
Documentation is now being uploaded as it is being created/received. Furthermore, the first round of Stipends are being created and sent out. These amounts & dates of payment are all available for viewing from the Stipend Reports section.
In the future (near future) we intend to create a "Sabian Stipend Corner" so that all of the documentation is in a much more clear & concise area for people to view. Were looking towards that being completed within the month, so that by the second round of Stipends, we can run smooth as silk.
